The CCM RibCor 88K Skates offer a tremendous amount of value and performance at this competitive price point. The high-end ADPT memory foam ankle pads make the 88K fit and feel like a dream even before they are baked, while the comfort edge collar wraps alleviate ankle irritation that stiffer boots tend to cause.
CCM then went on to ensure players could get the stiffness and support more competitive hockey requires. The RocketFrame Composite Boot constructed with MetaFrame Technology accomplishes this while also improving the fit with its streamlined ergonomic shape and design. Similarly, the asymmetrical toe cap improves the foot-to-ice connection by removing unnecessary internal volume.
